Upgrade from WinGPS Pro or Voyager to WinGPS Inland
Expand your navigation with the professional functionality of WinGPS Inland, specifically developed for European inland navigation and also ideal for dredgers, fisheries, Rijkswaterstaat (the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management), water police, provincial waterway authorities, and pleasure craft of 20 meters or more.

With this upgrade, you can switch from WinGPS Pro or Voyager to the Inland edition, which meets the requirements for electronic navigation on European inland waterways.

The Inland Edition offers you additional features, such as:
✓ support for INLAND AIS and AIS Class A, including easy programming of, among other things, destination and cargo;
✓ connections to BICS, BLIS, and CoVadem for up to date waterway information, notifications, and water depth data;
✓ compatibility with IENC and bIENC charts, including Information mode as required on German inland waterways;

✓ Fuel Flow Meter support for fuel monitoring and sustainable sailing.

Digital charts
In addition to WinGPS Inland, you'll need digital charts for your sailing area. Choose from the wide selection of up-to-date DKW charts (developed by Stentec), or load ENC charts from various government agencies to comply with the Information Mode (mandatory on German inland waterways).

For easy downloading of IENC charts, including annual updates, we recommend the new subscription IENC Update Service. This allows you to easily download IENC charts. Choose a specific country or all of Europe.

Installation and Backup
Because WinGPS Inland can be installed on two systems, you can plot your route and prepare for your trip from the comfort of your own home on a large screen. This second installation is also ideal as a backup on board, for example, on a laptop.
